Use of the php88 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
php88 enforces age verification through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — including but not limited to a PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, or passport — to verify your age and identity before withdrawals are processed or VIP features are unlocked. Providing false age or identity information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active php88 account. Duplicate accounts — defined as two or more accounts registered with the same identity, device, payment method, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts, and any winnings associated with them, are subject to immediate cancellation without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. php88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your login details confidential. You must notify php88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

All deposits on the php88 platform are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other payment channels made available on the platform from time to time.

php88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
Upon termination for cause (i.e., breach of Terms, fraud, or prohibited conduct), php88 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Balances in accounts terminated without cause (e.g., platform discontinuation of service in a jurisdiction) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
php88 may update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via the registered mobile number or a notice upon next login. Your continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform immediately and request account closure via our support team.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the php88 platform shall first be submitted to php88's internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
php88 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines. Players who access the platform from other locations do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
